Frances Rizza

Frances came to Borchard and Moore in 2013.  Frances has approximately 40 years experience in the legal field.  Frances has worked in various areas of law as a law clerk where she was heavily involved in the handling and progressing of matters. Frances preferred area of law is deceased estates and she has approximately 25 years experience in this field.

At Borchard and Moore Frances exclusively handles deceased estate matters and has a thorough knowledge of the legal process involved in administering deceased estates from start to finish.  Frances strives to makes the process stress free for clients and will take the time to explain procedures and put their minds at ease during a distressing and difficult time.
